Gironde Estuary, a unique natural environment

The Gironde Estuary offers a wide variety of stops. You will discover small port towns, authentic havens of peace where you can stroll during a walk on the waterfront.Port de Saint Christoly, Port de Goulée, Port de Saint Vivien, Port de Talais.

Back from Soulac beach, we usually stop in Saint Vivien for a drink at “Le Kayak”  and then diner at “Creperie du Port”  in Port de Goulée.

We also like to stop at Port de Talais. We advise you to take your bicycle and ride along the Estuary on the cycling path and then back to Port de Talais for a drink and charcuterie tapas at “L’assiette des cabaniers”.
